You skip Saturday and Sunday’s workout too and your eating is anything but healthy. You’re bummed that you got off track but you promise yourself you’ll start over next week.

One thing I hear most from women is they are not reaching their health and fitness goals because they lack consistency.

What is the AMM 1:1 Coaching Program?

AMM 1:1 Health and Fitness Coaching is a 3 month online starter series for women who have “fallen off the wagon” and aren’t sure where to go from here. This program will teach you how to stop the excuses, get consistent and finally reach your health and fitness goals.

With my support and your hard work, you’ll complete four 20 minute workouts each week at home (or the gym) with minimal equipment. You’ll also create healthy eating habits that benefit the workouts and leave you feeling great. 

How will we do this?

With my support every step of the way we will:

  • Set realistic and attainable health and fitness goals.

  • Learn to navigate life’s obstacles before they sabotage your goals.   

  • Develop exercises that are quick, efficient and continually challenge you.

  • Create simple yet effective nutrition habits.

  • Achieve the results you’ve worked so hard for.

The Truth

There’s no denying that becoming a mom changes you both mentally and physically. Learning to navigate and accept these changes is the difficult part. We often have to face the reality that the way we’ve been doing things just isn’t going to work anymore. It becomes overwhelming trying all the new fixes, only to find that they too don’t work. 
Look, I don’t promise to have all the answers. What I do have is lots of experience, lots of knowledge and it doesn’t hurt I’m going through the same shit. I’ve helped several men and women over the last 10 years achieve their health and fitness goals. While I enjoy coaching the masses, my true passion is helping other moms achieve their goals. I’m Krystin – personal trainer, yoga instructor, fitness enthusiast and mom of 3. Fitness and healthy eating have always been an important part of my life. While I’d like to say I’ve always done things the “right” way, I’d totally be lying.

Starvation diets, binging and purging, diet pills, obsessive working out…I’ve done it all. While I cant take any of it back, I’ve decided to use those experiences as tools to help others move past the bullshit.

It wasn’t until I became a mom that I came to terms with who I was and what health and fitness goals I had for myself. I began eating and working out with purpose. I had to find workouts that were quick and efficient. I needed to eat foods that kept me healthy and energized.

I started surrounding myself around other women that were working towards the same goals. It wasn’t until I made my goals a priority and was consistent with them that I began seeing the results I had been working so hard for. 

How does this all work?

To get started, I will email you a detailed questionnaire that you will complete and email back to me. This questionnaire will establish the roadwork for your program as it pertains to your goals. This questionnaire will determine whether I will be your coach, cheerleader or drill sergeant 😉

We will then find a date and time that works best for you for our first phone call. This phone call will be approximately 60 minutes in length, where we dig deep into your past, present and future health and fitness story.  

Lastly, you will receive access to the private Facebook Group. This is where you can: ask me questions, seek motivation and inspiration, track your progress, schedule your next phone calls and together we will celebrate your victories!

3 Months of 1:1 Coaching for $197

What's Next?

Upon receiving your payment, you will receive a Welcome email. If you don’t receive a welcome email within 30 minutes, please email me at info@amommoment.com.

This program requires an initial 3 month minimum and then once consistency is established the option of month to month will be available.
